Our scope involved the construction of groundworks, foundations, drainage, utilities, and hard landscaping. We delivered a high-quality public realm upgrade, including extensive paving and infrastructure works, while ensuring smooth project coordination with various stakeholders.

The Hamilton Gardens Cabra project, awarded to Tower Plant & Civil Engineering Ltd by Walls Construction, involved the construction of groundworks, foundations, drainage, utilities, and hard landscaping for one of Dublin’s largest residential developments.
Tower installed over 5,500 m² of Portuguese natural granite paving, 500 linear metres of imported granite kerbing, and 5,000 m² of precast concrete paving throughout the site. In addition, bespoke precast concrete benches and various in-situ concrete elements were constructed. Tower managed all aspects of these works, including sourcing and supplying all imported paving from a reputable Irish supplier.
We also undertook significant public realm upgrades, including improvements along Carnlough Road to match the site’s high standards. With our 35-40 man experienced paving crews, Tower executed all works in-house while ensuring effective traffic and pedestrian management, and liaising with key stakeholders like ESB, Eir, and Virgin Media.
