Tower Civil Engineering completed all civil works for the Stonehaven development, including site development, substructures, external works, and hard landscaping. The scope also included the installation of a foul pump station to Irish Water specification, two vehicular bridges, and upgrade works to the Blessington Road.

Key civil packages involved site excavation, storm and foul drainage, utilities, road construction, and public realm works across a 49-acre site. Strict safety and environmental protocols were followed throughout.
