Tower Civil Engineering holds an excellent safety record and ensuring that this record is maintained is paramount to our core business values. In-house qualified health and safety personnel are responsible for implementing the health and safety policy throughout the company. All employees are expected to co-operate in implementing the safety policy.

All personnel attend a safety induction to the company and site staff members attend all necessary safety courses.

All employees must successfully complete the following courses:

• FAC Safe Pass
• (CSCS) Construction Skills Certification Card
• Certified Manual Handle Training
• Attend regular Tool Box talks
